Communication was strong from start to finish, and Laura, their sales professional, was outstanding—very professional, responsive, and helpful in finding the best options for my furnace needs ( I did not realize Birds also handles residential heat/cooling systems ) The whole process was easy and stress-free. Tammy was a great help when our AC died on the hot hot days. She had someone out that same day. Although he couldn’t fix it , due to not having the parts on hand, Jeff came back the very next day and got it running for us . So very very helpful.
